Well All the high level on EoS server that got banned: EoS High Level
Click on a player name and look at the last modified date, most of them has been recorded on November 6th 2008. In other word, Private message them in game -_-

Unbanned players detected up to now 197, so there is more than 197. Here is the list of the 197 detected unbanned players: unbanned.txt

PS: They will get banned! but they will also get unbanned which wasn't mentionned... >.>
