Late last night I contacted a trusted HVAC provider for the restaurant! Heater was producing a burning smell, and it happened at the worst time!
If there is one thing I took away from that that it pays to do your research ahead of time.
A Reddit thread led me to a 24 hour HVAC service directory that handles everything from AC repair to full system installs! Technicians were very knowledgeable and they showed up exactly when they said they would.
What I really liked was they gave me a detailed estimate before starting any work.
