Statement Lag


In the course of the last days many complaints reached us about lag and server crashes. Since then we're in a very close contact with the developers and have a look into this issue to find the cause for this lag and the server crashes. We hope to gain new insights over the upcoming weekend so we might be able to present a solution by the start of the next week.
We thank you very much for all the responses and their partially very detailed descriptions - that's what we need! For further descriptions please add the information if the lag appears in special situations or to special times. That helps us as well as the developers to find the cause of this lag!

بيان متخلفة * خلال الايام الماضية العديد من الشكاوى بلغت حوالى وتتاخر لأعطال الملقمات. ومنذ ذلك الحين نحن فى اتصال وثيق مع المطورين ان ينظر هذه القضية لمعرفة سبب تحطم الخادم عن هذا التخلف. نامل ان حقق رؤى جديدة فى اذار/مارس القادم عطلة نهاية الاسبوع حتى اننا قد نتمكن من تقديم حل مع بداية الاسبوع المقبل.
