this is second time i got the ban for nothing! !!

i am dont use any illegal programs!!! WTF!

Yesterday much of us had a problem like "This incorrect file version...bla bla pls reinstall Silkroad game client!!!!!"
I think this is only reason why i got the Stupid ban again!!!!!! I say again, i am dont use any illegal programs!
Joymax team plss view the reason for getting bans of this type!!!

Ban of account on Incorrecrt file version

My 2 accounts got a ban of using illegal programs after i can log in an play half day i think because incorrect file version error this error came add login before i reinstalled.(afther i reinstalled my pc never used botting programs i can play silkroad again cost me 3 hours to fix)
now i came out of my bed i see incorrect file version error again(afther hole night stalling)
Now got ban on SuperH and bloodhenk inlog names. Can i do something to recover this accounts. Because i got this on Superh 1 time before afther a 3th time i get permanit ban i hope u can do something to it

Ok yesterday I reinstalled silk cos of dc problems (Im clean no bots etc.)today I updated client and when I was trying to log in there was no chars and I got This is incorrect file version etc. lol wtf?So now Im downloading it again from this site,I hope it would help,If not Im writting email or sth else.
Read this GM (haha joke xD There is none GM on this forum)
