Loader with range patch and Keypresser By jremy

- Keypresser: Added hotkeys (start F5, stop F6), fixed not pausing attack skill thread when buffing (if you had this problem).

- Keypresser: Added timers for each buff keys. I didn't spend much time testing it, let me know if there is something wrong with it.

- Loader: Added divisions.

- Keypresser: Added save/load settings (you must set charname first), added show/hide client.

- Made the loader change sro window title to your charname and made very simple keypresser (you can still use iTools, etc).

- Added small gui for loader so you can use different range

Fixed and edited sro logo in login window.

I will change media.pk2 to orginal elitesro, becouse i all time editted KingLi media.pk2 lol...
Fixed abuse filter. Now you can write all what you want :).
Changed some words photos to english . Eg. "Loading", "Region select" and etc.
Added auto select.
