In Global Silkroad Online, players from many different countries come together.
In order to enhance the gaming experience for global users, languages
other than English will soon be supported.
Details are as follow:

2. Target : Countries that connect to Global Silkroad Online
3. Support : Foreign language support in-game (Partial in-game support)
: First language pack, Turkish has been launched 2009 Nov. 17.
4. Process : Optional language service for major countries
Phase 1.
Arabic (After the regular server maintenance on Feb 2nd)
Phase 2.
In-game language services by country are currently being prepared.
More information to come in the first-half in 2010

To celebrate the launch of new Game Masters, we have prepared
'Finding GM' Event.
We will give prizes to 10 users who took the best screenshots and submit to
Weekly Best Screenshot. First place will be selected as Weekly Best Screenshot for the 2nd week of January.
Following are the detailed information about the event.
[Event Period]
- December 29, 2009 ~ January 7, 2010 Silkroad Standard Time(10days)
[Event Procedures]
1. GMs will give clues about his/her location in-game.
2. Using wonderful premium vehicle pets, go find the GM.
3. When you find the GM, exchange greetings and ask the GM if you can take a screenshot.
4. While using wonderful premium vehicle pet and avatar items, press
Print Screen button to take a screenshot with the GM, the screenshot will be saved in Silkroad folder in your pc.
5. Submit the screenshot at Weekly Best Screenshot in Silkroad Online Official website.

We apologize for the unexpected extra server inspection.
This extra server inspection was caused by electrical provision problems at the building, where our servers are located.
Due to the problem, Database servers have suffered severe damage compared to other servers, resulting in loss of game data. Unfortunately, these data cannot be restored.
All server data will be inevitably roll-backed to the time just before Sept. 1st weekly server inspection and any lost Silk due to the roll-back will be restored as soon as possible.
Unfortunately, all the data after Sept. 1st weekly inspection will be deleted.
Details of roll-back information as follows:

Database server problem was caused by electrical provision-related problem on the machine.

[After Roll-back]
1. All premium items will be restored just before weekly inspection of Sept. 1st, 13:00, Silkroad standard time.
2. Silkroad Online Membership Subscription and E-mail Verification System will be rolled-back to the time just before weekly inspection on Sept.1st, 13:00, Silkroad standard time.
3. All passwords will be restored to the time just before weekly inspection on Sept. 1st, 13:00, Silkroad standard time.
Although this is an issue that could not be foreseen, Joymax is responsible for not being able to provide stable service to our users.
We apologize once again to our users regarding this issue and we will make an announcement about compensation in the near future.
