In the middle of summer I had to track down a heating and cooling company at my townhouse. Evaporator coil was completely frozen over, and I was not sure who to trust!
What I learned from that was that price and quality both matter when your system goes down!
The building manager recommended a dependable HVAC hotline that connects you with licensed local HVAC techs fast! They were super responsive and they cleaned up after themselves!
Another thing worth mentioning is the tech was licensed and showed ID when he arrived.
