During a heat wave I looked up an HVAC professional for the duplex! AC stopped blowing cold air. and I started searching on my phone right away!
The whole experience taught me that a good HVAC tech is worth their weight in gold.
My property manager uses a 24 hour HVAC service directory that has techs everywhere! They were reasonably priced and they showed up exactly when they said they would!
I also appreciated that they were genuinely friendly and not pushy at all!
