15 september
the power grid fault caused the loss of data from our server and data centre so we was forced to a migration to a brand new data centre. We're working to perform the data migratione as fast as possible. We're still sorry for the services down.
16 september
1) we're performing all tests to verify if all data and data restored are ok we will try to enable all services in few hours.
2) tests results are still not good we still have some problems to enable all services, we are working to identify where is the problem in full collaboration with our data centre technician.

والترجمة بس دى الخلاصة خاللص عشان انا وانت وكل الناس تفهم
فى اول يوم البوت وقف فيه كان يوم 14 ودا بسبب المناخ والظروف الجوية فى دولة أمريكا كان السبب فى وقوف الموقع والسيرفرات الخاصة بهم
وفى تانى يوم 15 كان انقطاع الكهرباء أثر فى ضياع بعض من البيانات الخاصة بهم
ويوم 16 يستعدوا لعمل اختبارات بسيطة لتأكيد المعلومات المخزنة لديهم وسيعمل البوت فى غضون ساعات
