Hello, There is a problem with the server, it can`t connect to the database, that`s why you see no chars.
First of all don`t worry , your chars are SAFE!
The problem will be fixed in few mins / hours . Only the technology team can fix it, and atm i couldn`t contact them.
Just be a bit patient , and the problem will be fixed
Once again , there will not be any rollback or things like that, and your chars are still there, nothing lost
