The Rose database got corrupted at the server-crash yesterday. We recovered all data and sorting it into the right tables. Only the account database got corrupted. So you won't lose your characters. Still there is work to do and we want to do it properly. This takes time. So please be patient. You could play meanwhile at Lillium (It has higher rates as Rose).
We are planing to finish the maintenance no later than Tuesday evening (UTC). We will try to keep you guys up to date.
