[CENTER]As one of my few posts lately since I started a new job I am temporarily closing the category to order for Fire and Water. This should have been done as soon as these server were offline for longer than a couple days. I am truly sorry that this has not happened before. All orders made for Fire and Water have been put in their own status, as soon as the servers are back up they will be completed.
If you feel that you do not wish to wait any longer please make a topic in "Order Problems" Start your topic subject with: #<Order number> requesting refund
These topics must contain again your order number and that you do not want to wait until the servers are back online. Only the orders that are on hold for Fire and Water server cause of the downtime can be refunded.

انا بدأت الشغل بتاعي الجديد و قفلت الاوردرات كلها الي في فاير و واتر و دول هيخلصوا قريب جدا عشان سرفر فاير و واتر اوفلاين بقالهم بتاع يومين كده انا حقيقي اسف علي الحاجات الي بتحصل دي و الاوردرات الي اتعملو في فاير و واتر اتحطوا في الاستاتص بتاعتهم

لو انت حاسس انك مش بتتمني انك تقعد وقت كتير من فضلك اعمل موضوع و اكتب اوردر بروبليم و ابدتي الموضوع و اعمل رساله انك عاوز ترجع الفلوس و هات الرقم بتاع الاوردر و ده عشان انت مش راضي تصبر عشان السرفرات تفتح
