Users who purchased a Silkroad Account lost their account.
Even though it not Joymax fault, and their TOS is against it.
We are asking Joymax to help it community.
If you do want to help, you must report to Joymax and let them know that you support this rollback
Please note, I am not talking about doing a rollback of the character, if you lost your item, sadly you lost them.
But at least you get your account back.
Rollback ONLY the [Email+password+emailconfirmation] from May 3rd.
We are sorry for every user who got their account hacked.
To remedy to this situation, Joymax would have to do a Roll Back and disable the feature to change the account password with the
Since it been too long since the server opened, it must be too late for a rollback.
If you do want a rollback, continue asking Joymax about it.
If GM claim, it most likely won't happen.
Well guess what, if you don't continue to ask them, nothing will happen.
Newer method to put a rollback in effect:
Rollback ONLY the [Email+password+emailconfirmation] from May 3rd.
Do not rollback the entire Table, do not rollback the player item, just those 3 piece of information.
Close the feature to change the password with only the Account ID and Secret Answer temporarily (1-2 weeks).
Rollback those 3 piece of information on everyone account (can be done while server are opened as it won't affect the game play.
People who got hacked, loose item and gold, but get their account back.
This won't cause any bad effect to silk buyer, won't affect anyone apart those that lost accounts?
Or is the problem that Joymax didn't do any database backup?
