1-wear ur job suit
2- if you are a hunter go to Red Eggre....if your are a thief head to Black Eggre
3-go to the NPC in the first room and select the quests 2+3+4 (the most important quests)
4-quest #2:hunt 100mob #3:collect 50 quest item #4:collect 100 quest item (each one gives you a reward of 700 SP
