And i Recommend V.G.A will be Nividia GeForce 9500 GT 1GB Xfx and it's Price will be 550
And About the Processor U dont have to get I3 or I7 it's to High Price Get something with
Good Price and Works Good Like Intel Core 2 Duo 3.2 This will Work good with you
Then Finally your RAM
Your RAM is good so u dont have to get any new one
and install new windows it will not do anything but it will make the p.c faster than the old windows
