We have received your email regarding can't login with premium plus ticket.

We are sorry for the inconvenience that this may have caused you.

Please be advised that your premium plus ticket has already been expired reason why you cannot login in-game. If you have a premium ticket you should be connecting in game without any problem. If that is the case and still disconnecting from the game, reasons are:


1. If you are trying to login when the servers are crowded the game will disconnect you if the server is too full - not a problem if you have premium ticket.
2. SRO is offline, laggy, or the servers are in check temporarily - possible.
3. Reinstall SRO clean folder no edits.
4. Check if you have a strong connection - contact your internet service provider to check on this.
5. Kindly check if your firewall is blocking SRO or something similar.
