1st of all paypal is very surce and they do not accept egypt till now if you made account it won't be active and if we say this site sent you money on it , you won't be able to use it anyway and also who says he would make paypal account from usa still hard coz they need steps to activte it and its really hard and you must be in the usa well fel nehya mawdo3 fashel dont waste ur time on it
