well i think i know ur problem.
i think u didnt varify ur email account on joymax.com
thats why they dont let u in cause of the securety
try to varify ur email on joymax.com
go to joymax.com and log in with ur new id
and press e-mail varifacation
and felow the steps of the process and go to ur email and u will c a varifecation code
take it and go to joymax and past it and activate ur accout
