Hello. This is Silkroad Online First Strike.
In order to maintain a pleasant gaming experience, first Silkroad Strike will begun.
Silk/Gold strike period : Jun 10, 2009 ~ Aug 10, 2009 (2 months period)

We want only TWO THINGS.
1. EASY CONNECTING IN ALL SERVERS / SMOOTH GAMING EXPERIENCE
2. RESPECT BY JOYMAX ITSELF

We all speaking about same problems. Can't login, this is buged, alchemy failed, bots are ks-ing me, i can't play. So guys im asking you, who is idiot here? We or joymax? I think we are idiots who still buys silk in this game conditions. Joymax will not start to listen to us unless we STRIKE!
I read this forum for long time, and play this game more longer time and i never saw that joymax cares about anything. More bots are comming day by day. (Goldbots and Standbots)
Joymax is FORCING US ALL to BUY PREMIUM if we plan continue to play. Click on "Support" link.

They say:
A server is crowded because there is a max amount of users in game. When logging into a crowded server you have a higher chance of being disconnected and it can take longer to login. 1. Buying a Premium Ticket will give you Preferred access no matter the server traffic. 2. Try a server when it is marked Populated or Easy 3. Play on a server marked NEW which has the lowest amount of users and has been recently added to the game.
The truth is somewhere else. First, server is crowded because there is a max amount of BOTS/STANDBOTS in every single server. There are more then 3000 bots in every server, other are humans with their own bots, multiclients (stallers, goldboters).
Second, i will NOT BUY PREMIUM if company is FORCING me to buy it. I will buy it only if i want more exp/sp and more alchemy luck. Question is, why goldbots doesnt need to buy premium to bot 24hour/day. Ha joymax? And why you care more for goldbot companies. They gave you more money for not baning them ALL in one server inspecion? WHat is your percentage in gold sell? 50% ? 60% ?
3rd Its impossible to find a server marked populated or easy, only 1-2 minutes after server inspection is gone.
We deserve respect and not forcing us to buy premium, and when we buy it, we still experience LAG, DC, and KILL STEAL by BOTS. Many years ago this game was nice, we all were happy. Game way playable, many people was playing share party, trading, thiefing... Who trades now? Almost nobody, everyone buys bold.
Have you ever asked yourself why SOx items are so expensive?? Here is the answer: GAME ECONOMY IS MESSED UP!! How and why? Simple, people buys gold that means there are many "rich" people with bilions of gold, so items cost more!! If everyone has gold like he should have, SOx items should cost less.. For example when i was at chinese version of silkroad (cSro), SOS 9D Weapons +5 items costed around 80~120 milions gold.
We deserve respect from Jomax, we gave them our money. We gave them our lifetime. Why and when they gonna start HEAR us. Why they trying to hide to truth from others?
They removed image verification system without ANY explanation why they do it. Now server is crowded MORE, and ofcourse they knew about side effects. Why are they doing something what will mess up game even MORE. ?
Have you guys ever seen a GM in game? Some said they saw one time, but 3 years ago. What are GM's doing? Are they counting money so they dont have time to do something for us? What is joymax playing recorded messages by [GM]Tarky, we all know its not him, only a record.
Why customer support is not working? -.-
