- small fix again for quest parse: Collect 20 Karra's teeth

CenterBot v1.05a
- fixed return to town when low set dura if not wearing all gear
- fixed arrow/bolt amount not updating which was causing to not return when arrows/bolts finished
- improved attack/stuck
- added pillar monsters to the low hp skill list.
- fixed parsing related to devil spirit
- added devil spirit detection when putting on devil spirit. no longer is teleporting required.
- changed party settings name to the same name as ingame used: "allow other people to invite" to "can invite without master status"
- fix some more parsing errors
- improved potion use, will be faster[/SPOILER]
