We are currently fixing the problem regarding the duration for character deletion, wherein the deletion date is not normally displayed after the weekly

server inspection last November 20, 2012.


Please be informed that it is only a display problem, and the grace period for the character deletion is still maintained as 7 days.

The issue will be fixed next server inspection, November 27, 2012.

الملخص : يوجد عند بعض الاكونتات مشكلة فى مسح الشخصيات التى تستغرق ايام كثيرة

لذلك تعتذر شركة جوى ماكس عن هذه المشكلة و ترجو منكم تفهم الامر

سيتم حل هذه المشكلة بعد التفتيش الاسبوعى يوم 27نوفمبر 2012
