Guide] How to replace your server's name]
Hello there PHbot users.
After I knew we're going to have to replace the servers' names in our Config files by the new names, I decided to make this tutorial about how to do it with all your characters one shot.
Quick notes:
1. You need a program called Bulk Rename Utility, which is free, and you can get it from here: http://www.bulkrenameutility.co.uk/Download.php
2. Be careful while applying the steps if you have characters on many servers; you'll know why as we proceed.

After you've setup the program, open it!
Step 1: This is how the program looks like. Now, from the place in the green square go to your "Config" file.

Step 2: After that, all your characters' configuration files should appear on the program, like below.

Step 3: Now, select all of the list of files - supposing they all start with the same server name.

Step 4: Now we delete the word we want to delete in the naming of the file. This step can be done through two ways. First, in the "Remove" area (Green square), you can work on deleting the first few letters in all of the files. In my case, all of my characters are on Cetus, then, I could delete the first 5 letters through putting the number at the place of the red rectangle.
Second, in case you have characters on different servers, you can type the server's name at the place of the blue rectangle so it is deleted from the files. Just make sure you don't have characters that have typically the server's name in their names.

Step 5: Now the rest should be easy. At the "Add" area (Green rectangle), put the new server's name in the place of the red rectangle, just like the picture down there.
And in case you have characters on many servers as we said before, you would do step 4 and this step more times than who is focused on one server, obviously.
And the last thing is to click "Rename" at the bottom right side (In that thick red square).

Step 6: Go along with it, as the two next pictures show. It's just confirmation and affirmation, won't bite.

الخطوة الرابعة : دلوقتى احنا عاوزين نمسح اسم السيرفر فى الحالة بتاعتنا وفى حالات تانية ممكن تمسح اى حاجة للناس اللى بيستخدموه فى شغل او حاجة المهم انت هتشيل الاسم ازاى عد الحروف الخاصة بالسيرفر بتاعك مثلا 6حروف سيرفر Serpens ده مثال عد الحروف واكتبها فى المربع الاحمر هتلاقى ان التعديل ظهر باللون الاخضر قدامك هتقوم دايس من تحت Rename وتوافق وهيتحول الاسم الجديد
او
تكتب اسم السيرفر فى المربع الازرق صح وهتلاقى التعديل برضوا ظهر باللون الاخضر وهتعمل rename من تحت وهيقولك تم التعديل بنجاح فى الاخر

الخطوة الخامسة : عشان نكتب اسم السيرفر الجديد نكتبوا صح فى ملف تيكست مثلا او و سهل عليك وتعرف تكتبوا براحتك المهم هتيجى على Add زى الصورة دى وتكتب فى خانة prefix قبل الكلام يعنى اسم السيرفر وهتكتب السيرفر الاسم الجديد وتعمل rename من تحت
الخطوة السادسة : هيجيلك تأكيد بالعملية بالتغيير وعلى فكرة ده هيجيلك برضوا لما تمسح اسم السيرفر القديم

Guide] How to replace your server's name]

After I knew we're going to have to replace the servers' names in our Config files by the new names, I decided to make this tutorial about how to do it with all your characters one shot.

After you've setup the program, open it!
